You will learn how to lead teams, manage performance and projects, and deliver housing services that meet organisational objectives such as customer satisfaction and value for money. The programme also covers tenancy management, asset and property services, stakeholder engagement and working with partners across communities and organisations. Alongside technical and operational knowledge, you will build leadership, influencing and decision-making skills, preparing you to manage services, improve performance and deliver strategic outcomes within the housing and property sector.
How will I be assessed ?
You will be assessed through a combination of work-based learning and practical activities that demonstrate your ability to perform in a senior housing or property management role. This includes building a portfolio of evidence throughout the programme.
