 From £44109 - £47048 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting


 .1 FTE, 35 hours per week for 52 weeks per year  


 Southgate and Wood Street campuses but post holder will be required to work from all campuses and external event locations

Barnet & Southgate College is seeking an inspirational and ambitious individual to lead our Science and Engineering curriculum areas to becoming outstanding. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the development of STEM subjects within the post 16 sector.


You will have experience of successful subject leadership, project management and of external partnership development.  You will lead staff, provide effective and efficient organisation and management; set high expectations for staff and students, develop an outstanding curriculum provision with external partners and ensure that all students within Science and Engineering have an excellent quality learning experience. 


The Curriculum Manager(s) is expected to be an outstanding teaching and learning practitioner who will act as a role model to all other staff within the Curriculum Area and the wider College. The successful candidate(s) will also support the Deputy Director in the leadership and development of the strategic direction of their curriculum area and performance management of staff.
