This is an exciting opportunity for a committed person with good knowledge and understanding of Educational Health Care plans. You will have experience of working with young people with disabilities or learning difficulties and families/carers/social workers.

35 hrs a week, 52 weeks per year
The two post holder will be allocated lead responsibilities at particular campuses but may be required to work at any of the College’s main sites.

You will have participated in EHCP Annual Reviews and understand the requirements of the SEND code regarding the statutory duties for learners with EHCPs.
You will have very good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders are required. You will be a very well organised person to be able to follow the SEND procedures and statutory schedules for Annual reviews.
You must be able to work with and motivate colleagues, as well as work on your own initiative. If this is you, we look forward to receiving your application.
