16-24 years old? Not in education, employment or training?The College offers a range of flexible programes to support young people back into education, employment or training.

Back on Track programme at Colindale Campus.

For 16-18 year olds who have found the traditional school environment to be unsuitable for them. The programme is designed to fill the gap in the school to work transition.

Back On Track prepares young people for a future at work through high-quality skills and vocational education and careers guidance. Within the programme students will receive; English, maths and ICT essential skills, support, advice and guidance, a vocational award, work experience in conjunction with REED NCFE and ultimately progress to higher levels of study.

Traineeship programmes

Designed to prepare young people aged 16-24 who would like to gain real job experience for work or an Apprenticeship.

CALM programme - Careers and Learning Mentoring

A programme providing 16-24 year olds not on JSA with an opportunity to receive careers and learning advice and mentoring to help them progress. A flexible and tailored programme to individual needs of each student, that can be as short as 3 days.

A programme for 16-24 year olds with learning difficulties, disabilities or long term health problems who are not on a work programme. The aim of the project is to offer a bespoke programme tailored to their needs, addressing any barriers and supporting them into employment, education or training. This programme is designed to be flexible to the individual needs of each student, therefore can be as short as 3 days.
