This workshop is for those baking enthusiasts who enjoy cake decorating, and wish to improve their skills further. It is for those keen amateurs who wish to develop a good knowledge of cake decorating.

No prior experience or qualifications are required for this course.

During the workshop, you will learn how to cover a celebration cake with smooth sides and top with fondant icing, Various piping techniques, pulled sugar flowers, the use of plunger cutters, and wired flowers.
