The CIPD Level 3 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management provides the perfect platform to start to develop your HR career at management level. It will help you develop your ability to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR models and practices, and will increase your understanding of external factors that impact on HR and organisations The programme will help you develop your ability to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR models and will introduce you to modules relating to HR, and increase your understanding of the external factors that impact upon HR activities and organisations. Whilst building expertise in your chosen HR specialist subjects, you'll also develop your planning, analytical and problem solving

To be in HR related Employment and/or progress on Level 5 CIPD

Course units range from: developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner, understanding organisations and the role of HR, recording, analysing and using resourcing talent, to employment relations and using HR information effectively. You will also learn how to work well in groups using discussion, teamwork and observations.

Assessment is through coursework and presentations.
