The CIPD Level 3 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management provides the perfect platform to start to develop your HR career at management level. To be in HR related Employment and/or progress on Level 5 CIPD
Course units range from: developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner, understanding organisations and the role of HR, recording, analysing and using resourcing talent, to employment relations and using HR information effectively. You will also learn how to work well in groups using discussion, teamwork and observations.
Assessment is through coursework and presentations.
